No, the specification is standard throughout and you will find details of the full specification listed within the brochure.

Car parking spaces

Car Club Scheme
With the purchase of each apartment, you will automatically receive a 3 year membership with the Hertz Car Club, there is a dedicated VW Golf parked at the development.

Bicycles and storage
All leaseholders will have the right to use the communal cycle stores for the storage of private cycles, (which will not be allowed to be stored in any other common parts). The regulations will not allow the parking of motorbikes in the cycle store or other common parts.
